thought i'd better blog before term starts again. blearghh. so chewwei and i realised that we had not taken a single picture together in 5months, so here're some. and more soon:

i sorta think of djs hamish and andy from b105 as the aussie versions of 98.7fm's muttons justin and vernon. hamish and andy are absolutely hilarious. this is an episode of rove where they put "freeating" to the test. please watch the video clip. i couldnt stop cracking up while watching this, they are absolutely desperate for food. and i cant believe some of the things they ate.
i love when rove gestures to hamish and andy and says:
"lets thank, Famished and Hungry!"
and this is an absolute classic from hamish:
"say you're weekly food budget was a million dollars. you eat for free that week, you're a millionaire!"
watch them diving for the burgers rove brings out.

WHAT ? NO ! WHAT ?!
i thought roddick was gonna win, i was so sure! he was playing so well ! loads better than he did the last time he played federer in wimbledon. i think he just buckled under the pressure. i cannot believe federer has won! is there no mercy?! why whyyyy??
please read / watch this: roddick too pained to discuss defeat
ohmygod i can almost see the pain coming off him in waves. seriously, after watching the match, i doubt hewitt coulda done a better job than roddick did. i can almost picture hewitt fighting like crazy, but i think roddick had the best shot at beating federer (which he didnt), and i am absolutely devastated. i cant even say any more. de-vas-ta-ted.

ohmygod its roddick vs federer again! i didnt think roddick could edge out murray for the finals, what with the home crowd behind murray and all. but roddick is playing surprisingly well this wimbledon, i've seriously never seen him this good. if i weren't still sore from hewitt's loss i'd be such a huge roddick fan right now. as it is, im of course gonna be 100% rooting for roddick in the finals. he's been playing so well i think he might actually have a shot against federer. but then again, he's been unpredictable in the past, so.
federer just absolutely cannot win. i will kill myself ! i think alot of players are just awed when they go up against federer. maybe its his reputation thats keeping better players from ousting him. if so, then roddick stands an excellent chance cause he always seems like he doesnt give a crap about a lot. anyway, fingers crossed really tightly for roddick.

holy crap lleyton hewitt is one hell of a fighter. i thought i'd have trouble deciding who to root for in his match against roddick, but 5 seconds into it and i knew i was totally for hewitt (and me being a staunch roddick supporter and all). hewitt is just amazing, that guy's got some serious heart. and the amount of aces from both! that was some match, cant believe it was only the quarter finals. i think they played for close to 4hours. it was so close! i think hewitt doesnt play well unless he's under pressure. but roddick was so on form, i've never seen him play like that. but why did he have to pick this match to do so! argh.
im absloutely devastated that hewitt lost. i think its gonna be really hard for me to shift my allegiance back to roddick for the next round of matches. sigh. i think im still reeling from hewitt's defeat, it hasn't quite sunk in yet. i was so sure he's make it to the finals.
