happy birthday to my hasslich xiaovee!
that was on friday. i hope hui had a good time.. even though our plan didnt carry out very well thanks to shawn lee fengjie ! i cannot begin to express how angry i am with him. he gave the whole game away! -humpf- or mayb hui is just too perceptive for her own good. she always manages to guess surprises before they occur. anyway, sab and i stressed ourselves silly planning everything.
things that went wrong:
1. hui guessed what her present was thanks to shawn.
2. hui guessed we were gonna surprise her thanks to shawn.
3. hui guessed we would all be waiting in swenson's thanks to shawn.
4. hui guessed her sister was gonna show up and surprise her.
5. swenson's claimed that i didn't book any table when i clearly did. i almost had a fit when the manager told me there was no booking. luckily yati argued our way in.
still. we had a good time. haha. after our swenson's dinner, we all (consisting of jeanie, terry, cfc, yati, sabbie, shawn, hui's sis, myself and hui) went down to hui's place where we sat around the bbq pit (our usual meeting spot) and chatted about old times again. shawn got bullied pretty badly so sabrina and i decided to forgive him his stupidity. -hee-

i've finally understood how boring travelling with sabrina can be. when we went down to get hui's present, all she did was sleep (and in a very undignified and hasslich position too). haha. but hardly ever have a chance to have a good chat with my sabbie momo. usually we just laugh a lot. hee. so really glad that we could spend time together that day. -sobb-
she fell asleep immediately after we took this. just dropped dead. i was so worried.

her bday was on saturday. same day as our freshman reunion bbq. met up with candy, qiu, mian, felix and frendy and had dinner before cabbing down to east coast. it mighta been the most boring bbq i've ever been to. haha. this just proves that we're getting old, cant mingle well with the freshies anymore. too much of a generation gap! surprised main with the cake derrick bought (hope she was surprised) and 100plus people sang her a birthday song! haha. highlight of the month man. hope we can meet up again soon, really miss spending time with the old "honchos" gang. hee.
now that all the excitement is over.. back to stressing out. -sigh-

anyway i have this absurd craving for campbell soup lately. i've finished the entire cupboard-full of campbell soup. man i just love it. i can have campbell soup for breakfast lunch and dinner its so yummy. the craving hit again while i was in school today for fyp. i got so desperate for it i even yahoo-ed "campbell soup" haha! i found out there's even a campbell soup website! delicious.story: was pee-ing in the toilet (yes pee-ing story again). suddenly i heard a dull knocking sound coming from the cubicle next to mine. immediately, scenes from the movie "scream" flashed through my mind. damn, i thought to myself, im finally gonna have an adventure! someone trying to stab me through the cubicle wall? the knock came again, louder this time. i was prepared to do some serious karate when i heard muted giggling. and then it hit me: amy. as usual. apparently it gives her great joy to disrupt people peeing. what is it with her and toilet cubicles? i cant understand it, she's always doing wierd stuff like this in the toilet. well, there went the adventure of my life. might have been the only exciting thing to happen to me in a long while. the end. -sigh-

kboxed again with sabbie and hui at marina. i didnt know the kbox at marina stretched so far in? we took like 15mins weaving through the labyrinthian/maze-like corridors just to get to the room. fortunately nothing disasterous occurred, besides embarrassing ourselves to take pics with the gigantic 花样少年少女 poster on the wall of kbox:

shopped around after kboxing. note to self: remember to never ever tease xinyue again about her big feet. i wanted those pair of pumps so so badd. why do i have to have such small feet? was so desperate for those shoes. as you can guess: they didnt have that small a size. sigh. had a high class tea at secret recipe again. haha. ohmygod i keep forgetting how huge the portions are. again, we almost puked trying to finish everything. marina's becoming my fav place to go to! headed over to suntec after that in search of sabbie's jacket (still no size though). so dragged ourselves back home. wow almost died man. so goddamn tired. hui damn pissed with the screaming babies on the train. which was surprising since im the baby hater. heh.

had a movie marathon (finally!) at hui's place on thurs. managed to squeeze in 3 movies before stupid woman had to go. hee. date movie, night at the museum and john tucker must die. we were aiming for a fun-and-laughter kinda theme, hence the movie choices. stupid woman wanted to watch v for vendetta. i wont say its not a good movie (cos it is), but come on. it just reeks of emo-ness. had a good nua-ing time with them. if only we had little mermaid to watch too. -grins-

school starts on monday! wont be the same without my 3 idiots, who chose itp first. sigh. and i'll miss hui so much too! sobb. so wierd not being able to see the usual faces around school.

BACK from camp !
not as fun as last year, but probably cos im too old and senior and not involved in the organising. hee. but was really happy to be able to spend time with the old crowd. learnt a lot about jews (no offense to shupang). -grins- i skipped the sentosa outing (cos i was lazy and i have like, dinosaur skin) and finished watching season 2 of prison break on leon's laptop! what a fantastic show. -sigh- now i have to wait such a long time for season 3. i also managed to squeeze in the first two episodes of heroes. thats almost as good man.
anyway didnt really mingle much with the freshies this year but they look a promising bunch (besides the fact that they are always hungry and quite sissy). going to camp makes me miss last year's camp so muchhh. had such a good time with my girls. really feel like im getting old now man.

after eons of not being able to meet up with them, we went down to tampines -gasps- to have lunch at billy bombers. ohman.. it was like eating little pieces of heaven. mmm. but the food portions are so huuuge i almost choked trying to finish everything. trying my best to forgive hui but am still very very angry. nah just kidding. haha. but i am doing my best to make her feel as guilty as possible. humpf. missed them so muchhh. during the ride back i tried to peel off a little more of my horribly disgusting sun-burnt skin. sabbie spotted me and said i could only peel my skin once every hour. what kinda twisted logic is that? haha. we went back to sabbie's place for sabbox! unfortunately her mum was being her usual.. well, mum-ish self and refused to allow us to use the karaoke machine. dammit. so disappointed. so we nua-ed for a bit. okay we nua-ed for a lot. heh.

hui telling me my skin is disgusting whilst i am peeling it. if u look closely, the guy beside us is flinching at my skin too. sigh.
sabbie has just told me all about america's got talent. its kinda like american idol but its not restricted to singing only. any talents you have can be shown. the winner of this show is an 11 year old named bianca ryan. ohmygod? she rocks man. she puts all the american idols to shame. the president's wife even cried when she heard bianca sing! check out a few of these videos.

i've quit my job! sob. was so emo. the doc and assistant in rm16 (they do the blood tests) gave me a little farewell gift: vanilla-coated munchies! yum! was so touched. i miss everyone already. hope i'll be back there again soon.
