am extremely into jon mclaughlin right now. in case you dont know who he is, he sang the theme song for the movie enchanted, titled so close. not only is he incredibly hot, he's an excellent painist. and his songs have just the right blend of blue-sy kinda pop, and emo-ness - which i look for in most of my songs. this is the music video of one my fav jon mclaughlin songs aside from so close, called beautiful disaster - not to be confused with kelly clarkson's beautiful disaster, which incidentally, is really good too. jon mclaughlin makes for easy listening, really soothing sorta songs. really wanna check him out.
also, punk-rockers try 30 seconds to mars, my ultimate fav band at the moment. fronted by jared leto, who can actually truly sing. their genre is more.. screamo? i think its called? people think bands are all like, simple plan and greenday, but 30 seconds are just so much better. of course, emo factor still there. absolutely loved their hit the kill. could listen to it all day. and jared leto's acoustic version on most of his songs is super.
